Geometry Dash Cataclysm is an extreme demon level full of deadly traps and insane timing. Mastering it rewards skill and glory in the GD community.
About Geometry Dash Cataclysm
Geometry Dash Cataclysm is one of the most revolutionary Extreme Demon levels in the Geometry Dash community. This level was designed and released on January 3, 2015, by GGB0Y, and later officially updated and verified by Riot. With an Extreme Demon difficulty (10 stars) and 3 user coins, Cataclysm quickly became one of the most difficult levels at the time, on par with ICE Carbon Diablo X. It is also the first in the legendary Extreme Demon trilogy, which includes Cataclysm, Bloodbath, and Aftermath.

Cataclysm is considered one of the most challenging levels in Geometry Dash
Cataclysm stands out for:
- Extremely precise gameplay, requiring perfect reflexes and control.
- High-difficulty ship, wave, and dual segments.
- One of the first levels to lay the foundation for the modern Extreme Demon standard.
- A very large number of completes, nearly 1,000 on Demonlist.
This level is not only difficult but also historically significant, marking a major step forward in level design and challenging player skills.
Guide to Collecting 3 User Coins
Coin 1 – 3%
- The first coin appears very early at 3%.
- You must press the blue orb late to be pushed into the sawblade.
- This sawblade will actually teleport you to the coin and then back to the main path.
- Requires precise timing, but it's quite stable after practice.
Coin 2 – 70%
- This is the easiest coin in the level.
- Appears in the twin ship section.
- You need to fly through the narrow spiked area.
- Then exit the small space to return to the main path.
- This route is even easier than the normal route if you're familiar with it.
Coin 3 – 85%
- The last coin is harder and requires good memory.
- You must go through the gravity portal and press the invisible yellow orb.
- This orb will teleport to the last coin.
- Alternatively, you can press the blue orb late to have the robot touch the coin.
